Led by Jake Weiss, a third-generation construction entrepreneur with deep roots in the industry, Sequoia blends technical expertise with a growth-minded vision for how modern infrastructure can and should be delivered. We are committed to raising the standard in construction through continuous improvement, technical excellence, and a relentless focus on quality, safety, and performance.

Born from a legacy of excellence in water, wastewater, and renewable energy construction, Sequoia’s leadership is determined to build a diversified, best in class construction firm that embraces accountability, invests in people, and relentlessly pursues excellence. Our team brings together specialized expertise in renewable natural gas (RNG), water and wastewater treatment, and complex mechanical systems while remaining agile enough to service commercial and industrial sectors as opportunities emerge.
